RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
In 2019, we established our in-house Research and Development Laboratory. Modern equipment and specialized instrumentation enable to manufacture many different product forms. This opens new opportunities for carrying out microbiological and interprocedural examinations.Medicofarma S.A is devoted to discovering innovation in the healthcare industry.
We continuously improve our manufacturing process as well as foster our partner relations with science institutions such as the Polish Academy of Sciences. Medicofarma S.A was the first company to take up manufacturing COVID test kits developed by the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences.The MediPAN-2G+ FAST COVID test is considered one of the fastest and most accurate tests among the currently available. We took up the implementation of product transfer from the laboratory scale to manufacturing. Consequently, test kits were made available for use allowing for a much simpler interpretation of results as well as a shorter waiting time.
